  I found Inspire Pilates Studio in 2013 and it has made a positive impact on my life and health habits. Lindsay is amazing and knows how to be encouraging while still pushing you toward your best. She is able to tech any level of student and make it fun but challenging.
  After being a client for a while, I went on to become an instructor at the studio. I couldn't ask for a better group of instructors or a better community than I've found at Inspire.

  I've been taking the Group Reformer class for nearly 2 years, and it's better than any personal training that you'd get at the gym. Lindsay tailors each exercise to challenge each individual at their unique skill level. I never get board, because each class is different - the exercises that can be done on the Reformer are endless. Most of all, Lindsay's classes have strengthened my core and taught me proper body mechanics, which has helped me avoid injuries at work. I also highly recommend the barre and Pilates mat classes - they're so challenging and fun! I can't recommend this studio enough!
